Search Engine Help

Our search engine produces a live report of what we have in stock.

If your search results were "Sorry, no match..."
review the search tips below to assist you or try our Manufacturer Index.

1. Dinner plates usually have more pattern information than other items.

2. Some patterns come in multiple colours. It is a good idea to start with just the pattern name and then if there are too many records to sort through add a plus sign ;"+" to separate the pattern name and colour or shape specification. Try "Symphony+Blue" instead of "Blue Symphony".

3. Use the exact spelling and structure of your pattern name as it appears on your dishes. (ie. "St+James" vs. "Saint James") or use the Pattern Index below.

4. If you're not sure of something you should try the Pattern Index below. All referenced and stocked patterns are listed there.

5. If our search engine doesn't seem to be working, here's a checklist of things to try.

  • Make sure you have selected a manufacturer.
  • Make sure you have entered a pattern name.
  • Use your mouse to "click" on the 'Search' button instead of the 'Enter' key

Our search engine produces a live report of what we have in stock. If your search didn't find your pattern in stock, try using a plus sign "+" between each word entered.

If you still can't find your pattern please use our Manufacturer Index to find a listing for your pattern. This will assure that your search results were for the correct pattern.

We have listed patterns that we know of alphabetically by pattern name and version to assist you in searching and finding your pattern. If your pattern does not have a name, and you know the pattern number, please try the listing that corresponds with your pattern number prefix.

Example: A numbered pattern #H5119 try the link where the "H's" start. For numbers without a letter prefix check the first link.

If you only know the manufacturer name, and there is no pattern number or name (that you know of), it's going to be difficult to help you without a photo. You can try sending us with a photo and/or a very detailed description. We might be able to identify it for you. However, some manufacturers produced thousands of "miscellaneous" patterns that never had a name of number.
If you don't find your pattern listed, that means we may never have heard of it! In this case, please register your request with us. But be sure to include the complete pattern information, pattern name and number if there is one, and colour is helpful. And we would love to to have a photo!
